We are a small family farm located on the NH/VT border along the beautiful Connecticut River.

NEWS FROM THE COOP:

Our first egg has arrived!   8/26/10, an ounce or so, size small.  See our proud Grama Hen:)

It's hard to believe we are half way through August already...where does the time go!  We have made great progress on the barn, and all of our wayward animals have arrived.  We recently added two milking does from Dawnland Farm to our herd, brining the total to 10!  Yes, 10.  Goats are like chips...you can have just one or two!

So, now that the herd has grown, we have also added a pair of livestock guardian dogs, Great Pyrenees, Ranger and Enya, who came to us from
Paso Ligero Alpacas in East Berlin, PA.  Thanks to Kim Conrad...they are a great addition to our farm family.

OK...so the last update was mid-April...where did May, June and July go?  We've had lots of summer weather, good for working on the barn.

And the barn site 8/20/10...coming along nicely!  Not a great pictures...the sun was coming up behind...
